The new Sanyo Gorilla NV-HD880FT GPS navigation system is everything you want in your car displayed on an 8-inch touchscreen. The portable unit incorporates a DVD player, a 30GB hard drive, and dual TV tuners. For better navigation, it will update you on the most essential items - 1) Real-time traffic conditions like delays and accidents and 2) Green information from the Eco-Drive II software. The Eco-Drive II software will instruct drivers on energy-saving techniques that is suppose to significantly lower their CO2 emissions. Tests on vehicles with and without the technology shows an average fuel economy improvement of 12.3%.
