 
While still in concept form, these tiny capsule LEDs powered by a solar base would make a great accessory to any First Aid emergency kit. Simply pop one out of the packaging, turn its base, and behold a beautiful orb of light in your hand. Called the Capsuli, there’s very little additional information beyond the snazzy mock-up photos here. Still, we would love to see something like this become a reality — especially with thin-film solar and LEDs becoming more widely available. And unlike, say, a glowstick — these little guys would be rechargeable too. Just keep ‘em away from the kids during snack time.
